Use of stainless steel pressure gauge
Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, power plants, food and other industrial sectors for corrosion resistance, high temperature requirements in the process of measuring the pressure of various fluid media.
Stainless steel pressure gauge is composed of guide pressure system (including joint, spring tube, current limiting screw, etc.), gear transmission mechanism, indicator device (pointer and dial) and outer shell (including case, cover, glass, etc.).
For instruments filled with liquid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) in the outer casing, it can resist severe vibration of working environment and reduce the effect of fluctuation of medium pressure.
Common malfunction analysis of stainless steel pressure gauge
One is that the pointer does not move or seldom moves. The reasons may be as follows: 1. The valves of the calibrator are not opened; 2. The pointer is loose; one end of the pointer touches the dial. 3. the central hole of the check washer seal washer is blocked and the working medium can not be passed into the pressure gauge. 4. the media in the calibrator oil cup is too dirty to plug the spring tube or transmission channel. 5. the rubber cup on the top of the check screw rod is damaged or a large number of oil leakage is caused by the rupture of the spring tube.
Two, the pointer is reversed. Checker leak or oil cup needle valve is not smooth resulting in poor sealing, or may be spring pipe cracks. These failures are common and easy to solve.
The three is the phenomenon of jumping needle. Fan gear teeth may have rust, wear and dirt. Or the pointer axis is tilted, bending with the dial side friction.
The four is that the pointer does not return to zero, the return error and the tapping displacement exceed the error. The gossamer is not sufficiently tight or stretched, or the pointer is loose.
Installation notes:
1, the choice of pressure points, the selected pressure points can reflect the measured pressure.
(1) To be selected in the measured medium straight-line flow pipe section, not in the pipe bend, bifurcation, dead angle or other easy to form whirlpool place.
(2) when measuring the pressure of the flowing medium, the pressure point should be perpendicular to the flow direction and the burrs should be eliminated.
(3) When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure point should be at the lower part of the pipeline, so that there is no gas accumulation in the pipe, and the pressure point should be above the pipe when measuring the gas, so that there is no liquid accumulation in the pipe.
